Balcony Escape Hints
You need to find 5 keys on the balcony to escape;
Key 1
There is a key hidden in the pipe that runs along the bottom of the balcony. The user needs to get this key by cutting a hole in the pipe with the knife. In order to locate where the key is in the pipe, the user can tap the pipe with the screwdriver. It will make a dull sound. However, there will be one point along the pipe where the sound is slightly different (more high pitched). This is where the user then needs to use the knife. They can then cut the hole in the pipe and get the key.
Key 2
There is a tiny key hidden somewhere on the balcony, you can find it.
Key 3
There is a key hidden under the doormat on the balcony above.
Key 4
To get this key, you need to open the keylock on the wall. This requires a number sequence. The first 3 numbers are on the piece of paper in the pot. The numbers that need to be entered are: 17, 36, 71, 136, 259, 496, 959
Key 5
You must build a catapult to knock down the ladder hanging from the balcony above. Do this by putting the pot plant upside down, unscrewing the wooden plank on the balcony and placing this across the pot. Put the toolbox on one end of the catapult and then jump onto the other end. This causes the toolbox to fly up and hit the ladder, the ladder then drops down and the user can climb up it to the balcony above.
The 5th key is in the toolbox. After the toolbox falls down it breaks. You can now turn it over by clicking on it. Then use the knife to wedge it open and get the key.
Note: There is no key hidden in the lockbox on the balcony above.
